  • Instead, we’ve curated a selection of stylish items in plus size clothing, accessories, beauty and more coming from tons of hot brands.
  • Our focus on bringing you top brands and style-driven options does mean you will receive separate shipments from each brand or retailer you’ve selected.
  • Pick all your favorites on therunway+ and no matter if you buy from one or five brands, you’ll have a quick and easy single, secure checkout.

Order Process 

Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: Once you have found an item that you would like to purchase, simply click on the button that says, “Add to Bag.” To check out, click on the shopping bag at the top of the screen, this will take you to a shopping bag confirmation page. On this page, click the button that says, “Checkout.” From there all you need to do is fill out your shipping, billing and payment information and then click “Place Order”.

Q: What happens once I place my order on therunway+

A:  Once the order is placed on therunway+, you will receive a confirmation email from therunway+ via our partner 72 Lux / Shoppable with a summary of your order and shipping/billing details.

Q: How do I track my order shipment?

A: Once you’ve ordered on therwunay+, each retailer you’ve purchased from will send you an order confirmation email with the shipment tracking information. The system may take up to 48 hours to generate the tracking code for you. If you have any questions about the code please contact the retailer directly and reference the order number in the confirmation email.

Q: I see that therunway+ shopping is “Powered by 72 Lux / Shoppable®”. What does that mean?

A: 72 Lux / Shoppable is an e-commerce partner of therunway+. It’s technology allows visitors to buy products from multiple retailers and brands without going to multiple sites. Instead shoppers can browse and buy from multiple brands all through one easy checkout process right on therunway+.

Q: Which retailers are your products from?

A: We work with many reputable, authorized retailers to provide you with a seamless user experience entirely within our website. All retailers are specified on the product detail page so you can know where the product is shipping from prior to purchasing it. They will also be specified on the checkout page and in the order confirmation email we send you after you have submitted your order.

Q: Are your prices the same offered by a retailer on their websites?

A: Yes. Our prices are matched directly with the retailers’ websites.

Q: Will I receive any discounts being offered by the retailers’ websites?

A: Yes. If a retailer is offering a promotion and makes it visible on their site, you will receive the discount on therunway+. If you have a promo code you want used for the purchase, please enter that when you checkout.



Billing, Shipping and Fees:

Q: How do you calculate shipping fees?

A: When you checkout on therunway+, you’ll see the shipping fee for each individual item you are purchasing as well as the retailer shipping your item.

Q: Do you accept international orders?

A: Yes. If youʼd like to ship outside of the United States, simply click on the checkbox next to “Ship International?” on the checkout page. Follow the instructions listed on the right.

Q: Tell me about taxes.

A: Taxes are required by law and calculated by each retailer.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard.

Q: At what point is my credit card charged?

A: Your credit card is charged once each retailer successfully processes the corresponding item in your order.

Q: Is my credit card information safe?

A: Providing you with a safe and secure experience is important to us. Our partner 72 Lux / Shoppable utilizes the most secure technology and procedures available and is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant Service Provider. We also use industry-standard SSL (“Secure Socket Layer”) encryption technology, a secure server, and other physical and procedural safeguards to protect the security of such information as: personal information and billing information.

Q: What shows up on my credit card statement after I make a purchase?

A: Your credit card statement will list each retailer you purchased from through threrunway+. Each retailer will be a different line item if you purchased from multiple.


Returns and Changes to Orders:

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All returns should be processed with the retailer who shipped your product(s). For your convenience, the Return Policies shown on therunway+ match the Return Policies on the retailerʼs site. Each product detail page has a “Return Policy”link with more information.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: Please follow the retailer Return Policy for the item you’ve purchased on therunway+. The return instructions can be found in the package from the retailer or on the product detail page on therunway+.

Q: How do I change a color or size in my order after the order has been placed?

A: If you want to edit an order after it is placed, please wait until the order is processed and then contact the respective retailers from your Order Confirmation email as soon as you receive it.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Because your purchases are being fulfilled and shipped by the retail brand, you must contact the retailer you purchased from. Wait until the order is processed and then contact the retailer from your Order Confirmation email. Your confirmation email will include order numbers and the retailerʼs customer service contact details.
